“We’re Good To Go” is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing
Arrival
- On arrival all visitors can enjoy the event with free entry
- We will be limiting capacity for each session so we can ensure there is plenty of space between tables and traders and adhering to social distancing rules
- You will be greeted by a member of the team who will direct you to the QR Code whereby all guests must scan - this will then take you to a simple form to complete with your contact details
- If you have pre booked your table please show your booking confirmation to one of the team members
- If you have not booked your table, we can check if we have any availability for you
- All staff are trained in accordance to government guidelines on social distancing within the events/hospitality industry including wearing the appropriate PPE
During
- Table service is the only form of service that will be offered throughout the event
- The tables will be socially spaced across the event space - families and groups within their own ‘bubble’ can only use these
- Maximum of 6 people (including children on each table)
- You will be able to stay on your table for 2 hours
- Staff will come to your table to take your food order
- Payment will be taken via wireless chip and pin machines
- There will be information boards up explaining how the event will be run, including ordering food and drinks, toilets, picnic tables, rubbish, health and safety etc
- All toilets will be manned by an attendant and will be cleaned thoroughly (handles, sanitiser dispenser, and toilet bowl) between uses
After
- After each session and when visitors have left the area, the team will clear up any rubbish left, clean down all used areas such as picnic tables, toilets, kitchen and bar facilities to make it safe for the arrival of the next visitors
